A budget to actual report shows you the difference between budget to actual for income and expense categories. *Now includes your Cash Balance Forward and Total Projected Balance

 

1.      Select Tools/Financial Reports/Budget to Actual on the Tools menu

2.      Select a date range for the report

3.      Select what you would like the report to display – Both – will show you totals for Fundraiser/Programs and the Categories associated to each of them. Fundraiser/Program – will show amounts by Fundraiser/Program only and Category – will show amounts by categories only.

4.      To generate the report select "Create Report"
