You now have the ability to “Merge” Duplicate Individuals within Admin/Individuals.
1. Select the Individual you wish to Merge another Individual with. Note: The information (Address, email, phone number, etc.) that is currently listed for the Individual you select first will remain. If the information for the Individuals you merger into the first, is different, you may want to update the Original Individual first. However, if a “Role” (setup through the “Create/Change Login” feature) is assigned to the individual you merge with the first, that role will update for the Individual after the merge is complete, unless the original Individual has a role as well, then the role will remain the same.
2. Select the “Merge” button
3. Choose the Individual(s) you wish to merge with the first by finding their name and dragging it to the right side of the box that appears.
4. Once you have moved over all Individuals you wish to merge, select the “Merge” button
Note: Merging Individuals CANNOT be undone. Be very careful when Merging Individuals.
