Note: You DO NOT have to open up a separate bank account with your bank for PayPal funds
Once a purchase is made through your web store, the funds are sent directly into your PayPal account, which is held by PayPal. On the ledger system, these funds will be recorded under a category called "PayPal Funds", which is considered an undeposited funds category. To correctly transfer your PayPal funds to your Checking Account, follow the instructions below or visit our website and watch the Transferring PayPal funds video tutorial - http://www.ptaez.com/#!tutorials/c8ny:
1. Go online to www.paypal.com and transfer your funds into your checking account. Note: Your funds will not transfer automatically from PayPal to your checking account. It must be done manually.
2. Log into www.ptaez.com
3. Select Ledger/Balance Adjustment
4. Select an entry date
5. Fill in the purpose field with PayPal Fund Transfer
6. Select your “Checking” to be increased and enter the amount of PayPal funds to be transferred
7. Select your PayPal Funds category and add the amount that your are transferring
8. Check the total on the bottom of the screen to verify that the amounts balance out and select "Save Adjustment"
9. Select "Yes" to finish this process
