Good Morning,

We are so excited to let you know that your district is part of the current wave of Cloud Point of Sale activations, you will see the new feature available in your ASB Works accounts tomorrow when you log in under the Receipts tab & Admin tab.

There are a Few things to note before you start implementing the Cloud Point of Sale into your student store!
  • Currently only the following card readers are compatible with the cloud POS :
     PACE > Ingenico Link 2500
PACE > Ingenico Lane 3000
  • Currently the Cloud POS supports the ability to email receipts which are still available in ASB Works and webstore accounts.
  • There will be weekly webinars in a Q & A style forum for users to attend.
    **Please review the attached training materials before attending the webinar to ensure that the entire group can maximize our limited time on the webinar**
 
 
Upcoming additions down the line
  • ASB Works is working to roll out the new internal credit card payment processor, cutting out the middleman when it comes to support and troubleshooting!
  • ASB Works is also preparing to deploy new credit card readers with built-in printing capabilities.
