  1. Make sure that your computer is running the latest version of JAVA. This must be up to date for the JPOS to be able to communicate directly with the receipt printer without issues.

  1. Run a test print- by logging in to the JAVA POS and selecting an existing receipt from the receipt history and re-printing it.
