- Work with your organization's IT team or email administrator to allow-list the required email domains and subdomains in your email security tools.
- Only email domains and subdomains can be provided for allow-listing.

As ASBWorks updates the support experience, allow support-related email domains and subdomains to help ensure messages from the Support Team are delivered successfully.
Current support email domains and support URLs continue to work for a limited time to support a smooth transition. Exact timing and updated links are shared in advance.
ASBWorks Domains
Ask your IT team or email administrator to allow-list the following email domains:

What you need to do
- Share the required email domains with your organization's IT team or email administrator.
- Confirm that messages from these domains and subdomains are not blocked, quarantined, or routed to junk folders.
