Common Troubleshooting Steps
Ensure the device is charged and powered on.
Check the internet connection and reconnect if necessary.
Restart the device to resolve any temporary issues.
LTE Connectivity
Open the Settings menu on your device.
Navigate to the Network section and choose Carrier.
Select Lock to Single Carrier to improve stability.
Verify the LTE connection indicator in the top-right corner of the device screen to confirm connectivity.
Wi-Fi Connectivity
Go to the Settings menu and select Wi-Fi.
Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and connected to a network.

SIM Card Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing issues with the SIM card, follow these steps:
Ensure the SIM card is properly inserted into the device.
