Using Student Funds

Students can use their student funds during a transaction in both the Cloud POS (CPOS) and ASBWorks from the Write New Receipt screen.

In CPOS:

  1. Start the transaction and select the student.
  2. Add the item(s) being purchased.
  3. Click the Pay $ button
  4. A Student Funds box will appear if the student has available funds.
  5. This box will show the amount available; you can choose to apply those funds to the transaction.
  6. Click OK and then Finish
