A chargeback has been initiated by a parent at one of your schools. Please review the case details in your Gray Step Merchant Dashboard.
If you would like to identify the original ASBWorks receipt associated with this chargeback you will need to run the Charges Report in ASBWorks. Navigate to "Reports" >> "Account/Transaction Reports" >> "Charges Report." Before you run the report filter it for the date of the transaction and then search for the last 4 of the credit card number. You can then identify the ASBWorks receipt in column G.
In some cases, the cost of disputing a chargeback may outweigh the potential benefit. We recommend evaluating whether it’s worth challenging the case or accepting it as a loss.
