The device went into low power mode because the battery became very low. Even after charging it, the setting won’t automatically turn off until the steps below are completed:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen twice.
  2. Swipe from right to left (there are three pages of icons).
  3. Select the Battery icon (top right corner).
  4. Make sure "Smart Saving Mode' is selected.

  1. Click "More Settings"
  2. Make sure “Schedule Power Saving” is turned off, then click back arrow (bottom right corner)

 


  1. Scroll down to “App Battery Settings” and select “More Settings.”

  2. Tap on “Battery Supply Work Mode.”

  3. Select “Mobile Mode.”

  4. Click "OK", device will restart
